It's time. Thanks and goodbye Los Angeles. Toodle-loo Long Beach. We're packing up our belongings, driving snail-speed in traffic down the coast, and starting a new chapter.

I'm eager to join the young entrepreneurs scene in SD. I'm brimming with joy at the thought of investing in my community and building a home in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. San Diego, I bring you my enthusiasm and my promise to ride more bikes, swim more laps, and make more friends than I have in the last 12 months.

I'm already on my way. Pete Garcia and David Malmuth are two of my favorite San Diegons (is that right?). We've only just met but these two men are gems. They're the creatives behind the I.D.E.A. District. They're changing the face of San Diego's tech culture and new urban lifestyles. I'm working on a fantastic video (coming soon) promoting their new development.
